We do make custom designs at Tintown. We require a design file suitable for laser cutting in DXF, DWG, PDF OR AI FORMAT.
If you have an idea we can provide options depending on the project. We have a fee structure depending on the project.
The best is to contact us directly and we can discuss your custom project and the way forward.
We keep stock, but if we do not have a product we will order a specific colour for our clients of existing designs.
If it is a new design we will order the design and colour as long as minimum fee has been covered.
The delivery time differs- if we have stock we do our best to deliver within a few days depending on courier arrangements.
If we have to produce item it will be 4-6 weeks depending of course on the load shedding schedule. Great planning can eliminate frustrating wait.
Please note that computer monitors display colours differently based on their settings.
We can exchange colours depending on which stock colours are available.
A custom choice colour selected by the client, cannot be changed.
However, damaged items can unfortunately not be changed. Please refer to our REFUND POLICY
